Information We Collect

• Account info: Your name and email, and Google sign-in details if you use Google to log in.
• Profile details: The department, position, and car info you enter for stamping.
• Receipts: Photos you take and the stamp details (category, "with" names, notes).
• Payment: Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used only to run the app and manage your billing. We never sell your data to anyone.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored by our hosting provider in [DATA HOSTING LOCATION]. Payment data is stored by Stripe under their own security policies.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your receipt records, stamp details, and profile information, and cancels any active subscription. Your uploaded receipt image files are orphaned in private storage and cannot be accessed by anyone after deletion.
